You will need to book your free consultation prior to any Semi-Permanent Make Up procedure. 

$75 deposit due within 72 hours of booking appointment to hold that single appointment date and time. $75 goes toward the total cost of procedure when done on the original procedure date. Late fees may be applicable. 

Arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment.

NO Call/NO Show - automatic voluntary forfeit of deposit.

All appointments require a 72hr notice for cancellations - Cancelations done within 72hrs of appointment time can result in voluntary forfeit of deposit and denial of rebooking for future procedures. If you qualify to rebook after cancelation, a nonrefundable $50 Service Fee will need paid.
